Mark Thompson

Mark Thompson has extensive experience in IT and engineering, holding various roles in notable companies throughout the years. At Kinetic IT, Mark served as Operations Manager in Automation Services and later as a Senior Consultant. In the engineering field, Mark worked at EQE International as a Structural Stress Engineer, focusing on seismic analysis for critical facilities. Mark's tenure at Bank of America as a Unix Sysadmin involved supporting financial systems for a large user base. Currently, Mark occupies the role of ITSM Service Assurance Manager at Serco. Mark also holds advanced degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
