Marty Bouveron has extensive experience in program support and logistics, beginning with a tenure as a Marine Officer in the United States Marine Corps from March 1985 to October 2006, where roles included CRC Director and Logistics Officer. Following military service, Marty transitioned to Northrop Grumman Corporation as Manager of Operations Research from December 1999 to October 2010, and subsequently worked at TASC, Inc. as Acquisition and Program Support from October 2010 to March 2012. Marty held a role at QinetiQ North America for program support from March 2012 to August 2014, and served with Island Creek Associates providing program/acquisition support to GCSS-MC until September 2017. From December 2017 to February 2023, Marty was a Senior Program Analyst/Affordability Analyst at American Electronics, Inc., and has been a Senior Affordability Analyst at Serco since February 2023, contributing to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office. Marty earned a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics/Economics from Linfield College.
