Notable positions include Flight Commander for the 2d Communications Squadron, Chief Watch Officer at CENTCOM Theater NetOps Center, and Commander of the 96th Communications Squadron. Matt's expertise extends to strategic operations and education, with roles such as Deputy Commandant at the US Air Force Special Operations School and Chief of the Cyberspace Strategy Division at the 624th Operations Center.
