Matthew Hewitt

NDIA Customer Contact Officer

Matthew Hewitt has a diverse background in various roles, primarily in administrative and customer service positions. Experience includes serving as an Office Helper at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research and as a Domestic Helper at Early Learning Centre. Currently, Matthew works as a Boundary Umpire for the VAFA Umpires Association and has held multiple roles at Serco, including NDIA Customer Contact Officer, Customer Contact Officer, and Administrator, providing assistance and support for Australian Government departments.
