Matthew Potts, MBA PMP, is a management, training, and operations professional with over 30 years of experience, including a distinguished career as a retired Army officer. Currently serving as a Knowledge Management Specialist with Serco, Matthew previously led and instructed in knowledge management within the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center. Matthew's education includes an MBA in Organizational and Business Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Management, both pursued at esteemed institutions.
