Melanie Hardy

Melanie Hardy, MS, currently serves as a Navy Acquisition Management Specialist at Serco since July 2024 and previously held roles as a Senior Acquisition Analyst at ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. and a Management Analyst at Kelly, both focused on procurement for the National Institutes of Health. Alongside these positions, Melanie has contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at the Community College of Baltimore County and Odessa College since 2022. Melanie’s diverse experience includes clinical research recruitment for General Dynamics Information Technology, administrative support roles at the Maryland Institute College of Art and Notre Dame of Maryland University, and social media consulting for BridgeEdU. Melanie is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, building on a Master of Science in Sociology from Morgan State University and a Bachelor's in Marketing Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
