Melissa M.

Melissa M. is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Serco and a member of Athena Alliance, an organization dedicated to empowering women leaders. Previously, Melissa held the position of Vice President and Chief People Officer at J&J Worldwide Services and has extensive experience with Lockheed Martin, where roles included HR Director and HR Senior Manager.
