Merri Uckert is a seasoned Program Manager and Transition Manager within the Intelligence Services Business Unit, currently directing program activities and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. With over 28 years of experience in senior leadership positions in the Department of Defense and more than 7 years in the Intelligence Community, Merri has demonstrated exceptional skills in project management, organizational effectiveness, and customer relations. Merri completed military service as a Colonel, holding roles including Director of Protocol for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Vice Wing Commander, where they managed significant budgets and events. Merri is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University.
