Michael Ball is a seasoned professional in corporate real estate with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as the Head of Property UK & Europe at Serco since March 2024, Michael oversees strategy and operational delivery for the corporate real estate portfolio in the UK and Europe. Prior to this role, Michael spent over two decades at MAPELEY ESTATES LIMITED, leading a significant PFI initiative as Account Director and managing a diverse portfolio as Portfolio Manager. Previous positions include Head of Asset Management at Charles Price & Company, Retail Operations and Business Development at Punch Taverns / Allied Domecq, and Business Development Manager at Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries. Michael's career began as a Senior Asset Management Surveyor at Rogers Chapman. Michael holds a degree in Land Administration from the University of East London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from The Open University.
