Michael Hayes

Michael Hayes is the Transformation and Programmes Director at Serco UK and Europe. With a diverse professional background, they previously served as a Programme Management Consultant at FDM Group and held multiple leadership roles at Serco, including Head of Phase-Out and Transition. In addition to their current roles as a Technical Advisory Group Member for Ocean Futures UK, Enterprise Advisor for Solent Local Enterprise Partnership, and various ambassadorships, Michael also mentors emerging businesses at Moving Ahead. They hold a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Gloucestershire and have a Level 7 qualification in Business Administration from the Chartered Management Institute.
