Michael McCrave

Michael McCrave is a Program Manager at Serco, leading over 210 technical engineering staff in support of the Navy's DDG 51 shipbuilding program. With more than 30 years of diverse experience, they have managed complex teams across four navies and multiple countries, focusing on integrating advanced systems like the AEGIS Combat System. Michael previously held various leadership positions, including Action Officer for the US Navy OPNAV N96 Surface Warfare Directorate and Staff Officer for the Royal New Zealand Navy. They earned an MBA in Project Management from Massey University and a Master's in International Relations from Salve Regina University. Michael is highly regarded for their collaborative problem-solving skills and dedication to innovation and continuous learning.
