Mike Hurley

Mike Hurley is a Program Manager at Serco, specializing in government program support at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). With extensive experience in program and contract management, they have successfully led teams of over 40 personnel while improving training analysis and delivery for multiple NAVSEA programs. Prior to Serco, Mike held various roles including Program Manager at Alion Science and Technology and Technical Program Manager at ITT Corporation, where they oversaw significant Navy modernization initiatives. They earned an MBA in Business Administration from Strayer University and hold dual degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Fairmont State University.
