Mike Lindstrom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager Quality Assurance at Serco since September 2013, Mike oversees a quality assurance program with a budget of $8.2M and a department of 100-150 employees. Throughout the career, Mike has held various leadership roles, including Service Delivery & Operations Integration Lead and Manager of Quality Operations, demonstrating expertise in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and team supervision across multiple states. With prior experience in hospitality and transportation management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Mike possesses a diverse skill set that combines operational efficiency with a focus on quality and employee engagement.
