Natalie Parrett

Natalie Parrett has extensive experience in the field of forensic psychology, currently serving as the Psychological Services Director for Serco, overseeing strategic leadership within UK prisons since May 2010. Previously, Natalie held roles including Principal Forensic Psychologist at HMP Dovegate and Senior Forensic Psychologist, where responsibilities included managing assessments, interventions, and staff training, as well as leading research initiatives. Natalie's earlier career included positions at the University of Leicester, Partnerships in Care, and HM Prison Service, contributing to rehabilitation and treatment programs for offenders. Educational achievements comprise Chartership in Forensic Psychology from the British Psychological Society, an MSc in Criminological Psychology from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Plymouth.
