Nessa L is a Security Engineer III at Serco since April 2024, where responsibilities include conducting in-depth analyses of security alerts and events, as well as supporting other regions in utilizing the Defender stack to identify root causes and remediation steps in collaboration with Infosec and SecOps teams. Prior to this role, Nessa L worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at Simplelogix from April 2020 to March 2024, gaining extensive experience in alert handling, incident response, and reporting while collaborating with various clients across multiple sectors with different Microsoft Defender licensing structures.
