Patricia Combs

Project Manager

Patricia Combs is an experienced project and operations manager currently serving as a Project Manager at Serco since June 2019, where responsibilities include ensuring site functions meet contractual deliverables for Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation Field Office Support Services. In addition, Patricia has been a Montville Township Trustee since January 2020, overseeing various township services and managing communication through the township website and community newsletter. Earlier roles include Assistant Project Manager, Benefits Supervisor, Team Leader, and Senior Pension Administrator at Integrated Management Resources Group, Inc. from 2009 to 2019, and Senior Pension Administrator to Entry Level Pension Administrator at D. L. Skully & Assoc. from 2002 to 2009. Patricia began a career in pension administration after the PBGC trusteed the LTV Steel family of Pension Plans, and also has experience in quality control and customer service from previous positions. Patricia holds an Associate of Arts degree from Lakeland Community College.
