Peter Behrendt

Peter Behrendt currently serves as Vice President for the APAC Public Sector at Dataminr, a leading AI company focused on delivering timely information about high-impact events and emerging risks. Prior roles include Group Strategy Director and Managing Director for Defence & Security at BMT, as well as various leadership positions at Saab, including Head of Ports and Terminals Division and President & CEO of Saab Technologies. With a diverse background in naval operations from the Royal Australian Navy, Peter holds a BSc from UNSW and several postgraduate qualifications in systems engineering and leadership.
