Phillip Humphreys

Phillip Humphreys is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the defence sector. Currently serving as the Finance & Commercial Director at Serco since February 2010, Phillip has held various positions including Head of FP&A and Treasury, FP&A Manager, Senior Analyst - FP&A, and Group Accountant. Prior to Serco, Phillip worked as a Group Financial Accountant at FERREXPO PLC and as an Audit Supervisor at BDO Stoy Hayward LLP. Earlier in the career, Phillip gained valuable experience as an Audit Senior at the Audit Office of New South Wales and as a Graduate Accountant at Minett & Partners Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors. Phillip holds a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Western Sydney University.
