Rachel Power

Rachel Power is currently the Group Head of Internal Communications at Serco, a role they have held since 2024. They previously served as a Senior Manager of Internal Communications EMEA at Ricoh Europe and as an Associate Internal Communications Business Partner at Knight Frank from 2022 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Rachel held various positions, including Head of Internal Communications at iQ Student Accommodation from 2017 to 2022 and Internal Communications Manager at both ITV and Balfour Beatty plc from 2012 to 2015. Rachel began their career as an Internal Communications Assistant at Balfour Beatty Workplace, before briefly leading the Sewing Team at Love Productions from 2015 to 2016. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the London College of Fashion, which they completed in 2007.
