Rachele Murphy

Rachele Murphy is an experienced professional in the field of psychology, currently serving as the Head of Psychology at Serco since December 2022. With a career at Serco beginning in May 2000, Rachele has held the position of psychologist and has been responsible for leading the unit and developing business strategies for Psychological and Interventions Services. Rachele holds an MSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Leicester, obtained between 2002 and 2006, and a BSc in Psychology from Loughborough University, completed from 1995 to 1998.
