Rick Shute

Rick Shute is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in overseeing Navy IT systems training development projects. Currently at Serco since August 2019, Rick coordinates various aspects of project management while advising executive stakeholders. Prior roles include managing a $43M contract at Alion Science and Technology, leading project teams in training development related to Navy C4ISR and cybersecurity systems. With prior experience at SAIC, Tribal Knowledge LLC, ManTech, and the Department of Defense, Rick has demonstrated expertise in resource allocation, budgeting, training material development, and stakeholder communication. Educational credentials include a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Redlands and an AAS in Science from Excelsior University.
