Ritu Narayan

Ritu Narayan is a seasoned Strategy & Digital Transformation Director with approximately 17 years of experience in leading large-scale global strategic technology initiatives. They began their career as a Legal Protection Officer at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and later held various consulting roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, EY, and Atkins. Ritu is currently the Strategy & Transformation Director at Serco, a position they have held since 2020. They are also pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies at the University of Birmingham, having previously studied under a Japanese Government Monbukagakusho Research Scholarship at The University of Tokyo.
