Robert Steindler is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations, HR Risk, and Compliance at Serco, Robert leads strategies to mitigate HR compliance risks and ensures alignment with Serco's values-driven culture. Previously, Robert held key roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they transformed the Employee Relations function and led numerous compliance initiatives, and directed HR programs at Independence Air and Aurora Flight Sciences. Robert is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Justice from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
