Robin Abraham

Robin Abraham has extensive experience in roles catering to emergency response, prisoner supervision, and customer service. Currently serving as a Site Emergency Response Team Officer and Reintegration Officer at Serco since February 2018, Robin oversees the daily routines, behavior, and safety of prisoners while participating in rehabilitation programs and preparing incident reports. Previous experience includes positions as a Customer Care Consultant at Concentrix, an IT Helper at Unitec Institute of Technology, and an Office Administrator for the Council of Anesthesia & Intensive Care at Al Sabah Hospital. Robin holds multiple degrees, including a Graduate Diploma in Computer and Information Science from Auckland University of Technology, an MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University.
