Roger Gulac

Roger Gulac is an experienced PMO Operations Lead at Serco since August 2015, responsible for comprehensive support on IDIQ vehicles, including business development and proposal strategies. Gulac develops and maintains a two-year pipeline of Task Orders, makes bid recommendations, and collaborates with various teams to ensure well-resourced proposals. Prior experience includes roles at STG Inc. spanning from October 2005 to June 2015, where Gulac served as a Business Development Task Order Analyst and Response Lead, a Marketing Deputy Director, and a Deputy Director of Technical Publications. Earlier in the career, Gulac worked at Perot Systems Government Services as a Production Specialist and an Administrative Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from DeVry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Guam.
