Russell Bowles has extensive experience in program management and facilitation within the healthcare and disability services sectors. Currently, Russell serves as a Facilitator at Serco since March 2022. Previously, between 2018 and 2021, Russell was a Program Manager at the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability, where responsibilities included formalizing relationships between providers and the department and conducting statewide training on federal regulation compliance.
