Russell Bowles has extensive experience in program management and facilitation within the healthcare and disability services sectors. Currently, Russell serves as a Facilitator at Serco since March 2022. Previously, between 2018 and 2021, Russell was a Program Manager at the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability, where responsibilities included formalizing relationships between providers and the department and conducting statewide training on federal regulation compliance. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance/Eligibility Specialist and Case Manager at Big Lakes Developmental Center, focusing on improving departmental practices and providing case management services for individuals with disabilities. Russell is a retired Senior Instructor from the US Army, having developed training for over 3,000 military medical personnel. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Education in Nursing Studies from Wayland Baptist University and an Associate degree in Welding Technology from Cowley College. Russell has also completed advanced military instructor training and practical nursing education through U.S. Army programs.
