Ryan Flaherty

Ryan Flaherty is the Training and Resilience Director at Serco, where they lead operations at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, the United Kingdom Resilience Academy, and the International Fire Training Centre. Previously, Ryan served as Managing Director at Caledonian Sleeper and held various leadership roles at Flybe, including Director of Operations for Flybe Europe. They also have experience in schedule planning as the Schedule Planning Manager at Jersey European. Ryan earned a BA Hons in European Business with French from the University of Ulster and completed a management program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
