Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Serco, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan Moore dedicated over two decades to the U.S. Secret Service, where Ryan held multiple positions, ultimately serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Supervisory Criminal Investigator. Ryan's previous roles included Deputy Chief Information Officer, Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, and various supervisory criminal investigator positions within the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Cyber Security Program. Ryan began a military career in the US Army, serving as a Captain in the 4th Infantry Division and advancing through the ranks from Second Lieutenant to Captain in the 101st Airborne Division. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Arabic Language from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Science in Computer, Information, and Network Security from DePaul University, and a Chief Information Security Officer Certificate from the National Defense University.
