Sara Johnson

Sara Johnson brings extensive experience in local government services and customer service management, currently serving as Head of Local Government Services at Serco since April 2015, where responsibilities include leading operational contracts and expanding the company's UK presence. Previously, Sara held roles such as Head of Local Government Customer Service and Head of Customer Service, overseeing the strategic management and operational performance of various teams and contracts. Prior to their tenure at Serco, Sara worked at Lincolnshire County Council as Business Operations Manager, focusing on service transformation and efficiency improvements, and gained retail experience at Comet in managerial positions. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Gloucestershire, Sara also holds a previous MBA from the University of Lincoln.
