Shawn Olmstead

Shawn Olmstead is a Senior Fluids Engineer at SERCO North America, where they apply their extensive experience in engineering and leadership. They served in the US Navy for over 30 years, including roles as a Submarine Force Electrician and Engineering Department Master Chief on multiple submarines, focusing on the safety, reliability, and performance of electrical systems. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Technology with a focus on Nuclear Engineering Technology, along with certifications in Ethics and Project Management. Throughout their military career, they have led teams, emphasized teamwork and integrity, and demonstrated skills in problem-solving and communication.
