Shawn Ow

Shawn Ow is a Senior Program Manager at Serco, where they have led several key projects since 2011, including workforce management transformations and SAP system implementations. Previously, Shawn worked as a Senior Adviser at KPMG Australia and as a Management Consultant at Partners in Performance. Shawn's career also includes a role as a Strategy Consultant at Aurecon, contributing to the internal global strategy team. They hold multiple qualifications from institutions such as CMA Learning and the Australian Institute of Management, and have been a Life Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society since 2005.
