Simon Thomas is the Head of Finance for UK and Europe at Serco, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Simon held various roles at Serco from 2012 to 2014, including Senior Commercial Manager and Finance Director in Health. Additionally, Simon worked at Deloitte from 2008 to 2012 as an Assistant Director and Manager in Corporate Finance.
