Simon Wells

Simon Wells is an experienced professional in asset and facilities management, currently serving as an Asset Manager and Project Manager at Serco Justice and Immigration FM since November 2010, and as a Principal Engineer at MEFE Consulting since July 2009. With a career spanning over three decades, Simon has held various key positions including Regional Manager at Interservefm Ltd, Senior Asset Management Consultant at WSP, and M&E Manager at Interservefm Ltd. Extensive expertise encompasses M&E condition surveying, lifecycle assessment, contract management, and project management, with a strong emphasis on maintaining compliance with technical standards and health and safety legislation. Simon began career as an Engineering Technician at M&S and also worked in maintenance engineering for the NEC Group. Educational qualifications include an HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University.
