Stephen Duff Wier

Stephen Duff Wier has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management within military and civilian sectors. Wier served as the Air Force Customer Facing Division Chief at the Defense Logistics Agency from June 2017 to June 2018, overseeing an operation involving 900,000 parts across 27 weapon systems and $1.8 billion in sales. A career in the United States Air Force from May 1995 to June 2020 included roles as a Logistics Readiness Officer and Logistics Readiness Branch Chief, where responsibilities encompassed budget development and strategy alignment with Air Force objectives. Wier has since acted as Combat Data Systems Project Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton and currently holds the position of Senior Program Manager at Serco, following a tenure as Contested Logistics Program Manager at MITRE. Wier holds two master's degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
