Timothy Baker

Timothy Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in acquisition management and program leadership within the defense sector. Currently serving as the Director of the Acquisition Management Team for the Agile Impact Group at Serco since April 2021, Timothy oversees a large team responsible for comprehensive full life-cycle management and acquisition strategy development. Prior roles include significant positions at Whitney, Bradley & Brown and Raytheon, where expertise in business development and weapon acquisitions was demonstrated. Timothy's career began with impactful service in the US Navy, including roles such as Deputy Program Manager for SLAM-ER and Harpoon programs and Branch Chief for Global Ballistic Missile Defense Plans & Policy. Timothy holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additional training includes attendance at the Joint Forces Staff College and the US Navy Test Pilot School.
