Toby Winston has extensive experience in digital service delivery and IT management, currently serving as Director of Digital Service Delivery at Serco since November 2007. Previous roles at Serco include Head of Service Management, Senior IT Business Partner for Justice & Immigration, and ICT Transition Manager for the Clarence Correctional Centre, the largest facility in Australia upon completion. Toby has managed various sectors, including Justice and Corrections, Transportation, and Citizen Services, with notable projects such as the Grafton Prison PPP and Sydney Light Rail PPP. Earlier experience includes Technical Services Manager at Serco and roles as a Technical Consultant with Ultima Business Solutions and at EPA. Toby holds a BSc Hons in Environmental Science from The University of Salford.
