Todd Newkirk

Todd Newkirk is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the service industry. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Serco North America since April 1990, Todd oversees financial operations for a division of one of the world’s leading service companies, providing critical services across various sectors to government and commercial clients. Prior experience includes a role as Business Unit Controller at SI International from February 2005 to December 2008, where Todd managed finances for a provider of business and information services to the U.S. government. Todd also held the position of Vice President Finance at Shenandoah Electronic Intelligence, Inc. from April 1990 to February 2005, supporting government agency operations before the company's acquisition by SI International. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
