Tom Russell is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in leading recruitment teams across various sectors, including justice, immigration, technology, and corporate services. Currently serving at Serco as Talent Acquisition Manager - Specialist, Tom guides a team in recruiting specialist roles in ANZ. Prior to Serco, Tom held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Macquarie Technology Group and Director of Talent Acquisition at Pet Circle, among other notable roles. With a career spanning over a decade, Tom has developed expertise in workforce planning, candidate experience, and team leadership, underpinned by a BA in History from The University of Sheffield.
