Warren Sam

Warren Sam is a highly skilled fire and emergency services professional with extensive experience in firefighting, technical rescue, and incident command. Currently serving as a Watch Manager at Serco, they oversee emergency response operations and manage operational preparedness while developing training programs. Previously, as a Station Commander for the City of Cape Town, Warren led emergency operations, managed training for hundreds of firefighters, and implemented community fire safety initiatives. Their educational background includes multiple certifications in firefighting and emergency management from renowned institutions. Warren has also represented South Africa in the World Rescue Challenge, earning recognition for their skills in vehicle extrication.
