Wayne Wagner

Wayne Wagner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and communications, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager and Communications Manager at Serco since April 2012. Previously, Wayne held the position of Senior HR Strategic Communications Manager at Serco - North America from June 2004 to February 2012. Wayne's career began in the military with the US Navy, where roles included Commander and Chief of Staff at the Naval Postgraduate School, followed by a tenure as Human Resources Manager at AMVETS and Marketing and Executive Director at Camp Sunshine. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Manpower Personnel Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cornell College.
