Wayne Wylie, CHRL, serves as the Director of Business HR at Serco North America, where they feel valued and make a significant impact daily. Prior to this role, Wayne held various positions in human resources, including Senior Manager at Newell Rubbermaid and HR Manager at TransAlta. Wayne also worked as a Manager of Human Resources at O-I before joining Serco in 2015. They are currently pursuing a degree in Political Science, Economics, and Administrative Studies at the University of Waterloo, alongside studies at HRPA and Seneca College.
