William Leafe

William Leafe is an experienced performance assurance expert, currently serving as the Performance Assurance Director at Serco since December 2015, where responsibilities include auditing project plans and providing performance assessments for executive decision-making. Prior to this role, William worked as a Consultant at Unencumbered Business Leadership, identifying risks and opportunities within organizations. William's previous experience at BAE Systems includes leadership positions such as Director of Finance & Transition, Director of Program Planning and Control, Director of Independent Cost Evaluations, and Director of Corporate Compliance, with a strong focus on finance management, program development, and compliance. William holds an MBA from Rivier University and a BA in Business/Commerce from Western Connecticut State University.
