Wyn Jones

Wyn Jones is the Director at HMP Fosse Way, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in the prison system, beginning their career at Strangeways Prison in 1983. Previously, Wyn held various management roles at the National Offender Management Service until 2006 before transitioning to Serco, where they served as Prison Director and later took on strategic leadership roles in custodial operations and immigration. Wyn earned an Honorary Doctorate in Offender Management from Staffordshire University, as well as degrees in Social Science with Economics from The Open University, and Applied Criminology and Management from Cambridge University.
