Zoe Gambling

Zoe Gambling is a Senior Quality and Compliance Improvement Adviser currently at Serco. Previously, they held various roles at ELITE Supported Employment as a Team Leader, and at Adecco UK as a Recruitment Consultant from 2003 to 2011. In their earlier career, they worked as a Room Sales Co-ordinator at Regency Park Hotel from 2001 to 2003, managing sales and allocations of hotel rooms. Additionally, they served as an Employment Solutions Consultant and Employer Services Manager at Working Links from 2012 to 2013.
