Derek Elder

Derek Elder currently serves as President of the Service Provider Business Group at Sercomm, leading the development of advanced broadband technology solutions for service provider customers. With a diverse portfolio of leadership roles, Derek has held positions such as President of Sercomm Technology Inc., Founder and CEO of Derson Advisors and Derson Capital, and Independent Director for multiple organizations including Miratech and Vecima Networks Inc. Additionally, Derek contributes as a member of the Board of Advisors for Intraway and Technetix, while also being an active member of YPO. Educational credentials include an MBA from Penn State University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and specialized programs at Columbia University and Harvard Business School.
