Troy Rawson

Troy Rawson has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, starting as a Customer Support and Process Manager at Intelligent Electronics in 1993. Troy later worked at MediaOne Group as a Desktop/Server/Network Administrator before moving to AT&T Broadband as a Member of Technical Staff. Troy then joined SMC Networks, where they held various positions such as Sr Sales Engineer, Director of Engineering, and Sr Director of Engineering. Troy moved on to Humax USA, Inc. as Sr Director Broadband Business Development and Sr. Director of Engineering, Technical Support before becoming the Director of Sales Engineering at Sercomm in 2018. Throughout their career, Troy has demonstrated expertise in sales engineering, program management, product engineering, and business development in the telecommunications sector.

Troy Rawson completed the majority of a Master of Science in Telecommunications in the Interdisciplinary Telecom Program at the University of Colorado Boulder. Troy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from the University of Delaware. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
