Riann B

Riann B is an experienced Care Coordinator at Serefin, providing support to over 100 families and fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders. In addition to this role, Riann has been a Direct Support Professional at Karis Disability Services since 2019, coordinating personal plans for individuals and ensuring compliance with the Ontario Disability Support Program. Previous experience includes serving as an Educational Assistant with Durham District School Board, focusing on personalized education plans for students with special needs, and various positions at Wilfrid Laurier University related to instructional support and course coordination. Riann's early career included providing inclusive support as an Inclusion Counsellor and customer service as an Annual Giving Representative. Riann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is currently pursuing a certificate in Google Project Management and a postgraduate certificate in Mental Health and Addictions.
