Diego Salgado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the renewable energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Development and Project Director at Serena since September 2020, Diego has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in executing projects that deliver sustainable energy solutions and has been instrumental in the company's expansion into the US market. Previous roles include managing Latin America's largest wind farm complex at Serena, site management for SBM Offshore's FPSO Sepetiba project, and achieving a 40% increase in ship construction productivity as CEO of EISA Shipyard. Diego's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Steelwork, an MBA in Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from leading Brazilian universities.
