Serena Advisory is an HR services company with a particular focus on executive search, having gradually developed a thorough understanding of other areas in Human Resources Management. With experienced consultants from different backgrounds such as HR Management, Executive Search/Recruitment, Psychology and the art of Wellbeing, we believe that qualitative HR policies and processes are at the heart of a successful and healthy company that aims for the long term. It enables people in the organisation to feel in their place, enjoy their work, grow and develop their performance.
