Charles Rousset

Charles Rousset is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Secrétaire Général and Partner at Serena since January 2025. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Revaia from May 2022 to January 2025, and at JEITO from May 2021 to April 2022. Charles has extensive experience at Serena, initially joining in December 2013 as CFO and contributing to the firm’s focus on innovation and digital markets. Charles’s career began at Ernst & Young, where a role as Senior Manager lasted from December 2004 to December 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Finance from Brandeis International Business School and a Master in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
